I messaged Randy on a Sunday afternoon needing some help with a laptop computer that I wanted to clean off and give to a friend. He contacted me right away and arranged to work on the machine on Monday. It was done in a jiffy and at a very reasonable price! This was my first experience with RDB and I am very impressed. I've had Randy troubleshoot and resolve a few hardware issues for my business recently. He is very responsive, knowledgeable, and takes the time to explain what the issue is. He is also very reasonably priced. Today he actually came within 2 hours of my call. He went above and beyond my expectations.

Randy came right on time and got right into it. First going over my computer and while that was doing its thing he went downstairs and started on dads...
